Home: Then & Now
In order to support the Immigrant Learning Center in its mission of "giving immigrants a voice," Filmbuilding designed a program for 14 of its students to co-create personally revealing short films that explored the theme Home: Then & Now.

These students, hailing from Haiti, Brazil, China and Kazakhstan, were able to find connections between their home countries and homes in the U.S., reflect on and share their personal experiences as American immigrants, and gain confidence in their ability to solve problems collaboratively and tell their own stories.
